Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the fabric you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the unused fabric and place it in its original packaging along with the printed return slip to ensure the material remains clean during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to confirm it is uncut and unwashed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
